“Doing this documentary hasn’t really helped me put closure on anything,” said Calum Best with admirable honesty. “What it has helped me with is figuring out that if I need to cope with things and work out why I feel certain things then I need to talk to somebody about it. I’ve always been like, no, I can deal with this myself, I would laugh if I went to therapy. But when I visited the treatment centre, as soon as one tear came I felt that they were never going to stop. It let me know that it’s all still inside, so doing this documentary was a massive step for me.”
